To date there are now 24 Russian oil tanker ships just sitting and floating outside of harbors due to sanctions and payment disagreements between Russia and potential buyers.
Five are sitting offshore India due to payment form disagreements and 14 are floating offshore South Korea waiting due to sanctions and shipping insurance issues.
Each loaded tanker on average holds approximately 3 million barrels of various grades of Russian crude oil.
