The Russian leadership isn't stupid. There's multiple ways for Russia to exploit the fact that America's leadership has opened it's southern border to the entire planet--and they could do it in a manner that's very difficult to recognize. In fact, I'd be very surprised to learn that they're not already doing so.
For example, there's 11 million people in Haiti. How difficult would it be for Russia to arrange for 250,000 of them to be transported to the U.S.?
