Ukrainians train the troops, Russia does not. i will take a trained Ukrainian individual to any 10 Russian "troops" and come out on top. Russia has a very hard time with 1990s American tech. imagine if the American tech was 2010s. Russia is a weak country, tottering on economic collapse.
