Also, Russia is now on a war footing as regards call up and training of troops and manufacturing. The conflict in Ukraine has put Russia on a war footing and provided them with a battle hardened fighting force.
No other country in the world actually has a battle hardened fighting force.
Pretty much every Ukraninian soldier that was exposed to combat got killed.
