If anything, the resolve of both Russia and China is stronger than anytime before. The world sees what's happening in the U.S.A. and Western Europe and its determined not to allow it to contaminate its sphere of influence.
Russia has already been through what the West is experiencing. It had a lot of trouble ridding itself of it the first time.
