NATO nations have clearly stated that Putin is a direct threat to member nations after his annexing attempts for Georgia and Ukraine. They have deep concerns over Putin trying to destabilize several former members of the old USSR eastern bloc.
They have nothing to worry about. The Russian army is clearly a paper tiger.
