s sets of 50 reps jailhouse dips
5 sets of 25 reps of 53lb kettle bell swings

5 sets of 85lb db X 10 reps
isoincline hammer press X 4 plates X 10 reps
5 sets of 10 reps X 90lbs on hammer preacher bench

Bench Press
4 sets of 225lb (10reps, 10 reps, 8reps, 8 reps)
2 sets of 275lbs X 6 reps
2 sets of 295lbs X 3 reps
1 set of 315lbs X 2 reps

30 min Interval on bike
10 min C2 interval 500 m under 2m then ease up then rinse and repeat.
