Yesterday shot shotgun, then shot more shotgun. Then finished off with 150 .22lr on the steel course. Fun day, the sun was out and we both reddened up.

Treadmill intervals: 25min

3x5: Incline BP-Squats-Curls.

Bunch of bodyweight squats.

55min: Walk/jog with the Dogs.
