Had a rest day yesterday.

-kettlbell swings 10x15 (on hand, 32kg)
-Turkish get ups x12 (6 each side, 32kg)
-goblet squats 3x12 (pause at bottom, 32kg)
-push ups 5x15
-pull ups 5x3 (weighted w/24kg kettlebell)
-dips 5x3 (weighted w/24kg kettlebell)

Finished with a 20 minute weighted crossrope session switching between 1/4lb, 1/2lb and 1lb ropes. Shoulders were destroyed by the end of that.

It's pretty awesome, yeaterday when I was going to bed I realized: I havnt even thought about my back injury for a few days. That's a good sign.

Can't wait for fishing season to start.
