Work:30min lunch walk

Evening:

Elliptical: 30min.

Seated BB curls: 20x30lbs, 10x35lbs, 7x40 failed on 8.

Deadlift: 10x135, 10x155, 6x175, 3x200 (Lat started to act funny so that was it for tonight.)

Pushups: 4x25

And theeeeeen..........

That back squat thingy.

10x45s (3 per side)
10x45s (4 per side)
6x45s (5 per side)
3x45s (6 per side)Best quit here
for now, before my belly button flew
across the room.
