worked up to 245

6rds
3 hang squat clean above knee @ 205
1 push press
3 hang squat clean below knee @ 205
1 push jerk
3 squat cleans @ 205
1 split jerk
after rd 3 i had to drop to 185 or i never would have finished

then
5rds of 3 min max calorie row, 2 min rest
averaged 53-62 cals
