here's this week- cold snap so some of my running was done on a treadmill frown

Monday- 5 miles trail running
Tuesday- strength training
Wed- 5.5 miles treadmill
Thurs- 4.5 miles hills on treadmill
Fri-strength training
Sat- 11.5 miles trail running (w/ about 4" of snow which made it tough!)
Sun- 10.5 miles snowshoeing in the Elkhorns
