Where does neck end in that photo? Sounds like a neck turn issue...
If it is a tight neck and it is fired with thick brass...probably about shoulder level.

No need to take it personally Greg...I was not alluding to the cartridge neck, rather where his will end if it is a tight neck and thick brass neck combo.
