I do not see any reason to withhold information (especially on a safety issue). Whatever was the cause, be it manufacture or human error should be known to all.

You're making an assumption that huntsman is witholding info.
You have no facts to base that on, and nothing could be further from the truth. You should be ashamed of yourself.
