As a side note, the dumbest, most arrogant Marine I ever knew was Lieutenant V something...an Annapolis Grad. He was a winner for sure...I think he was the Regimental S4 Officer or something. Don't quite remember but he made a lot of enemies and was as dumb as Savage99.
