But at near 65 years I'd be braggin' if I said I still had enough pressure to clean that much mud off'n a hoglet on any given occasion, cause i'm not even as good once, as I once was. LOL

but before it hits the table
I unzip it............
quarter it and hang overnite if its cool enough,
get it on ice immediately if its not,
keep it on ice four to six days to wet age.
done right it does make excellent table fare (and I always do it right!!!!)
