Stumpy is MIA.....guess he is performing community service, walking up and down the highway, wearing an Orange Leisure Suit and picking up trash for the State of Alaska....again... with a hangover.....
of course on the other hand its his type that cause the highways to have all the litter picked up along the shoulder and ditch constantly...
