Probably not, I don't have a clue what's in them but he is taking advice from those who also don't know what's in them. AFAIK the intelligence community and the gang of eight are the only ones that know, it is entirely possible that there are things in those documents that may not be favorable to Trump. Having Huber review them is a good idea.
