Why not read the EO yourself? Especially all the disclaimers.

The SC has ALWAYS ruled in favor of U S citizens being afforded the protections in the Constitution. Trying Lincoln’s Assasions by Military Tribunal was an illegal act, but they still wound up dead. Of course they were ruled as being citizens of the Confederacy which was considered a Foreign Entity.

Do you know of ANY other non military U S citizens who were tried by the Military?

It’s really very easy to get someone to go on TV or YouTube and explain ANYTHING that you favor.
