Ok so the President can allow an appointed DOJ member the right to run for a Political Office or even support someone who is.

Nope, read it again.

Sessions cannot be restrained from is duties and obligations as Attorney General based on the Hatch Act, he is exempt.

But none of that matters because he has no intention of doing so anyway.

He and his DOJ just filed a lawsuit barring His President from, "Declass" (as Q puts it) the unredacted FISA documents he was ordered to deliver to Congress.

Not only did Sessions refuse to deliver subpoenaed documents, he now has doubled down on his obstruction by claiming His President would be obstructing Justice if he were to "Declass (as Q puts it).

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.
