Not guilty. Actually, proud that I finally got it right. Anyone can throw flour, water, and salt together. This is a labor of love though and takes the weekend. I finally figured out the time/temp equation and the magic that happens when you get it right. I've never had bread this good. Ever. It's tender, crunchy and sweet. Home run. I'll be doing this again for sure. Want to do the same buy Tartine Bread and follow the instructions. You won't regret it.
