Amazing how many people think there is no Constitutionally legal manner of throwing off a tyrannical govt as it charges us to do.
Trump Instituted the Insurrection Act and on Jan 6 gave the required legal Proclamation to the Enemy to cease and desisist from their illegal Insurrection and coup. Everyone thought he was talking to his followers. He wasn't. He was fulfilling his legal obligations to the Insurrection Act after he called the ball.
