I hear Guilanni on talk radio quite (not my favorite by far) a bit and listened to him frequently when he was mayor (phnomenal mayor). I dont follow al lthe Q stuff nor Rudy any longer. but if i had to take a guess based upon what I have read and heard, I think Rudy is Q. I'm about 33% sure of this. Meaning, I wouldnt argue it too hard or bet on it, but I wouldbnt at all be shocked if it was him.
