Trump said we will not let them rig the election and Charley and Turning Point people would be watching closely and, in fact, it would almost be as if Charley were running the election.

Now, what could Trump be meaning by this? Charley Kirk has no control over elections ot election fraud. What Charley was Trump referring to who could exert some control and prevent theft by fraud?
