So on Jan 18, 2021 Trump shifted the US into the COG after he declared WW3 on Dec 8, 2020 after the November 3 Insurrection. By Jan 6 the 3 Branches of Govt failed in their Constitutional Duty to reject the fraudulent election results which allowed Trump to enacts the Insurrection Act and, as War had been declared he used the Presidents War Powers Act. How long can he remain as the CIC under the form of Martial Law with Constitutional Law suspended?
