Because there's nothing magical about the presidential seal and there's no law against Trump or you or I displaying it, numbnuts. It's also not a proper noun and not capitalized. Obviously you don't know much about it.

You can go on Amazon and order stickers with the seal, slap one on your coffee mug, and pretend that you're the president. Makes about as much sense as pretending Trump is.
