Sir Russ using the 550-gr Woodleigh RNSN at 2100 fps on Sambar deer seems appropriate as heck to me. I have taken ground squirrel with the old Hornady 500-grain RNSN at 2150 fps and the squirrel did not complain a bit. The deer won't either.
