Turns out Finn Aagaard had a "Clean Finn Rifle." His first .458 WinMag rifle was indeed a Dirty Harry that he cleaned up by removing the ARSE (African Rear Sight Equipment) and installing the Lyman 48 to use as a ghost-ring peep sight. I will go load up some historically significant images ...
