You also get to join delusional discussions about what a piece of crap the 243 is and what a glorious invention it's ballistic twin the 257 Roberts is.
With the oft suggested 270, you get to suck off all the sneering 30cal crowd, not because they force you to but b/c you enjoy it.
So there you have it. You can be practical and choose the 243, snotty and go with the 25-06, or the huntin' camp bukkake subject and go 270
