Stick, grinder stuffed with braid, as you call it, is literally what enables us to catch large fishys on small equipment. No stretch lets us set the 2/0 hooks with ultralight tackle, small diameter per lb. test lets us stretch the limits of the tackle until we occasionally break it whistle

But its all in phun and has changed the way we fish....


Example: #17 pike, 4'9" Ultralight, Shimano 500, #10 Fireline.
