I just converted my 1 in 14 223 to a 1 in 8 twist. 75 a-maxs fly pretty well, not quite what a 90 will do but they do make a nice thump on my 600 yard steel.

27grs N550, pressures are not faint, but velocity is kinda surpising 21.5 MOA with a 100 yard zero to 800.
