If you decide to venture into the lighter weights you might try the 70TNT over Varget. My M70 Fwt. has such a preference for that load everything else gets neglected. My locale is much closer quarters than yours so I don't worry too much about real long range.

I'm not into the LR sniper thing either, 300-500 yards is plenty far enough for me. Just figured the 95 BT would also double as a good pronghorn/deer bullet. Gun is in town but the Post Office didn't deliver it to the FFL, hopefully Monday.
