Yes, you sign up under Small Contributing Ranch and they have a draw every year for each unit to see which type authorization you will receive. Once you draw a MB authorization you then have to wait until everyone has drawn the same MB.
Another screwy part is,if you have property in say unit 15,you could receive an authorization for unit 9.
When they figure harvest objectives these authorizations come off the top and the public draw tags get what's left. GOOD GRIEF!!
