The problem with this stuff is, if he gets caught in these direct contradictions, even you guys will be forced to acknowledge that the guy is a big, fat liar. Once he gets to that point- I mean, really, for 2/3 of us he's already there, but once his dishonestly penetrates into his hard core of support, he's toast, because the R's in congress will no longer be able to tie THEIR credidibility to his, and will stop shielding him.

Beyond that is simply the idea that POTUS's can't get repeatedly caught in bald-faced lies. R or D.


It's true that R's in congress will ultimately back away and allow justice to be served.

But it's also true that those that support him will never back away from him. They are iron pegs hammered into the frozen ground, immovable.

Trump could be executed by firing squad for treason and they will call it fake news.
