As Rush pointed out yesterday,

President Trump will declare a National Emergency.

The Democrats have already picked the Judge that will strike it down.

President Trump will not be able to use the Military to build the wall unless the Supreme Court overturns the Judges ruling.
Odds of that happening are slim to non as Roberts has been blackmailed into siding with the other 4 Liberals on the Court.

The Military will not be building this wall while RBG and Roberts are on the Court.
