Mostly because of people like you. His actual meddling had little to no affect on the outcome. But he couldn't of planned out his ultimate goal any better. Dissent, mistrust, accusations, and fighting against our current leadership on a grand scale by people convinced that he accomplished way more than he did, even after months of simultaneous investigations by multiple branches of government without a shred of proof so far offered up as evidence.
