Lite bread cut[with a glass] to fit in the bottom of a muffin pan. One cooked[not crispy] slice of bacon wrapped around the inside on top of the bread disk, enough cheese inside the bacon[on top of bread]almost to the top and then topped off with an egg and some green onions. Oven @ 400 for 15 minutes.
