Super simple too.

Bacon, onions & lots of red chili flakes cooked down, deglaze the pan with a real good glug of dry white wine.

Simmer till liquid gone, deglaze again till liquid almost gone, add 1 litre heavy cream, once boiling, reduce to simmer, to thicken cream.

Coupla double handfuls of Parmesan/remarno & stir in, add aldente cooked pasta & mix.

Plate & devour !
