I haven't had fresh Salmon in a couple of years even though the best Salmon run in ID takes place a couple hundred yards from my front door Geno.
My Vet friend used to bring me a fillet or three now and then but he fell in love (or something ) so I haven't seen much of him lately.
I need a new friend.........that Salmon fishes...

Wrapped well it was quite edible.
No salmon this far up the river. Doubt they mad it this far up the Pit, even before they put in Shasta Dam. If they did, they'd have been pretty dark by the time they reached us.

PS Maybe you can make friends with wageslave, him and Otis go fishing pretty regular. You'll have to put up with him though.
