Proper Aglio e Olio. I always add minced anchovy and simply crushed red

This is the base for an oil and garlic sauce. I hit it with chicken stock instead of pasta water.

Penne with Sausage and Broccoli Rabe is the dish. Can’t stop eating it. Started with 1/2 of what I made then filled two more plates to clean up the skillet.
