I also tried something new in terms of easy/quick route. Tried country ribs on the grill, with A-MAZE-N smoker maze a couple nights ago. Definitely added a good smoke flavor. Added some sear on the grill, then finished in the oven.

Next night, I made wings with the smoker maze. Also good smoke flavor.

Didn't have to mess with my smoker. Will do some more of the pre-smoke, then grill, or bake. Doesn't replace low and slow though.
