I gotta say thanks to the Montana ranchers for tonight's dinner...grilled tri tip (can't forget a shout out to Fats, who I think is one of the kings of the tri tip faithful). Thanks, Mr. Jim and Mr. Sam for raising cattle here. I know it ain't making you rich but I can't think of folks who make our lives so worth living.






Edit to add that I prolly didn't let it rest long enough after I saw how much juice was in the last pic, but I was starving and it still turned out really good.
