Stuck in a cabin just outside Yaak Montana and doing the modified Keto we had a big salad of greens, cukes, bells, celery, red onion and tomatoes with olive oil, white vinegar, salt and pepper to start. Followed up with some Costco purchased soy based "pasta" with a simple marinara. It was very good. The noodles also make a pretty good Pad Thai.
