Did burnt ends for the first time, as well as the rest of the brisket. Plus some corn on the cob we got from a farmer friend.
Burnt ends turned out good, maybe a bit overdone. I’ve been working on installing a cold air return in our bedroom and they were in about 1.5 hours longer than the recipe called for.
