I made a batch of Boudin yesterday so tonight it's Boudin dipped in cracker crumbs and fried with some Okra and Stewed Tomato's on the side.

I didn't stuff the Boudin in casings this time because I've decided I like it breaded and fried best.

Today I made some Hunter Sausage.

I'd never made it before but the recipe called for Bacon and Beer so I had to try some.
