Boudin breaded with cracker crumbs and fried.....stewed tomato's with Zucchini from the garden.
I cooked and ground the Boudin today and was letting it rest in the fridge overnight before stuffing it in casings but I got anxious and fried up a patty for dinner. It was delicious. I'll post pix tomorrow. There's fixing to be some jealous coon asses around here.
