I was feeling lazy so I picked up a box of Zatarans Jambalaya mix and threw a pound of Andouli in. The sausage was good.
I went to the gun club with my Doctor chick friend to watch her shoot Pheasants again today so I brought a bird home. Tonight will be sauteed Pheasant breast.
