Cheap Chuck steak souse vide/seared. Dutch oven beer potatoes and corn bread. More of a corn cake tho 50/50 corn meal/flour.

Yes sir good eye. It’s a #8 Griswold Iron Mountain series.. I don’t understand how they went out of business yet lodge made it. I like my lodge stuff but there’s no comparison to Griswold,Wagner or Vollrath imo . (among others)
