Tuscan Zuppa

Simple enough and a complete meal
Italian sausage or Kielbasa ( I used Kielbasa)
onion
garlic
red pepper
kale
chicken broth
diced potato

Should have had some hard crust dinner rolls to go along with it, but didn't.
Leftovers tonight and the rolls were there
