Friday night was steamed walleye with Thai seasoning, coconut basmati rice & sweet chilli sauce, with a side of brussel sprouts sautéed in bacon fat !

Saturday night was pork chops n beans n brussies again.

Sunday night, home made bacon, tomato, cheese, guacamole & spinach quesadillas.
